Top iPod Apps

If you are a parent of little kids (like myself) you will probably find yourself passing over your IPod or IPhone to your little ones quite a lot to keep them occupied.  If you do you might want to check out Lola’s Alphabet Train.  It a great kids education app designed for 3 to 8 year olds to help them learn their alphabet.

On loading the game for the first time I was pleasantly surprised to hear audio instructions with the game.  No need for us parents to show the little ones how to play, the game takes care of that for you.  The graphics are cute and colorful and the game is easy and smooth to play.  There are 3 different levels designed to increase in difficulty as you go along.  The game is very child friendly and should keep most young kids entertained for a while.  As an added bonus the game includes 4 different languages for you to play in all with audio instructions.  When you child has mastered the English version you can switch them to either French, German or Spanish.  It’s a great way to help your kid start learning a foriegn language.

This game is good just as a game to help kids practice their alphabet but the added extras of audio and foreign languages make this game a great game.  The game comes in both and IPod/IPhone version and an IPad Version.
